20th September I sent this recorder to you by parcel post for inspection and a
quotation for servicing. As the metter was of some urgency I suggested a
quotation by telephone.
On
11th October, on form no SE 9867, you acknowledged receipt of the recorder and
my letter, but did not include your quotation. If you have not already sent it
I should be grateful if you could now do so to enable work on the recorder to
the put in head without further delay.
